Through generous donations from both the Jewish and broader
community and from our Alumni, our camp has gone through many
changes over the years. Camp B'nai Brith of Ottawa now boasts an
Olympic size pool, showers and toilet facilities in all the cabins,
an indoor gymnasium, a brand-new roller hockey rink, state of the
art water system and much more. Our large sandy beach leads to a
fully equipped waterfront which encompasses a full range of water
activities, including water-skiing, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing
and kayaking.
Our camp fees only address seasonal operational expenses. We rely
on fundraising activities and donations to maintain, expand and
upgrade our facilities, providing a safe and stimulating
environment for our campers.
Every year from its founding in 1936, Camp B'nai Brith of Ottawa
assists Jewish children from underprivileged families. In each
year, 10-15% of our campers come from families in need of
assistance. Please help us give each and every one of them the
summer of their lives. Together, let us make the summer sun shine
brightly in their lives.
Personal donations are gratefully accepted as are donations in
honour or memory of someone special, to celebrate weddings,
anniversaries and Bar or Bat Mitzvahs, and to observe Yarzheits. A
card can be mailed out by CBB of Ottawa or you can choose to send a
personalized message via email.
Camp B'nai Brith of Ottawa, a registered charity, now offers you
the flexibility of making donations on-line whenever you wish,
using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card!

instructions. Personal donations are gratefully accepted as are
donations in honour or memory of someone special. A card can be
mailed out by CBB of Ottawa or you can choose to send a
personalized message via email. After making an on-line donation
you will automatically receive, via email, a tax receipt directly
from CanadaHelps.org, the non-profit organization that runs the
donation website, rather than Camp B'nai Brith of Ottawa. Rest
assured that all of your donation, less a discounted credit card
service fee, is transferred to the camp.
